Holly Carter brings a wealth of experience and passion to the real estate industry, having served as a dedicated Realtor since 2012. Her career took a significant turn in January 2018 when she played a pivotal role in launching NextHome Priority, a decision that underscored her commitment to enhancing the real estate landscape. NextHome Priority is locally owned and operated, allows Holly and her team to contribute directly to the growth and prosperity of Central Wisconsin, prioritizing local organizations and individuals in their endeavors. 

Holly’s academic background, a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix obtained in 2007, laid the foundation for her successful career. However, it is her deep-seated passion for community involvement and volunteering that truly defines her. Currently, Holly serves as an Ambassador for the Portage County Business Council and holds a position on the Portage County Housing Authority Board of Directors, roles that allow her to give back to the community she so dearly cherishes.
