Tenant Space "A" will be occupied by a Jimmy John's franchise and there will be a drive through option for that space as well as Tenant Space "E". Please see the Development Drawing in Associated Documents for specific Tenant Space locations and size for the remaining space available in the building. The price per Square Foot is based upon each space being in a "White Box Condition" (drywall finish on walls, suspended ceiling with basic light panels and one ADA bathroom). Individual Tenants may desire to customize their space with a unique interior that doesn't require the "White Box" preparation which will be a factor with the lease pricing. Lease price is $18 per SqFt NNN and $20 per SqFt NNN for the space with a drive through.
